Easy Vanilla Cupcakes

Recipe of vanilla Cupcakes is the Best Recipe. These are delicious cupcakes sweet and buttery and are frosted with a lovely butter cream icing. Excellent for the kids

Ingredients:

  1. Eggs-8
  2. Castor sugar-1 cup
  3. Vanilla essence-1 tbsp
  4. Flour – 2 cups
  5. Salt-a pinch
  6. Fondant flowers-to decorate on top
  7. Hundred Thousands to decorate
  8. Coloured chocolate beans to decorate
  9. Butter cream frosting to spread
  10. Glazed cherries (Red & Green) – to top

Method:
Line it cup the cake tray with paper cases. Whisk eggs and castor sugar together until fluffy. Add vanilla essence and beat well. Fold the mixture into sieved flour and salt. Put the batter in cup cake paper cases. Bake at 200 degree C for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean in a preheated oven. Cool them on wire rack. Garnish them with butter cream frosting and various assortments.

Butter cream Frosting:

  1. Icing sugar – 2 cups
  2. Unsalted butter, – 1 cup room temperature
  3. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  4. Milk – 2 tbsp if required
  5. Assorted food colours – (if desired)

Method
Beat butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and milk, beat them together until light. Then add any desired food color to the butter cream frosting.
