Summer potato salad is quick and easy, require minimal or no cooking, full of nutritional you can enjoy all season.
Ingredients:
- Potato – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Cucumbers – 1
- Carrot – 1
- Basil (fresh) – 10 leaves
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Olives – 6
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
- Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Method:
Cut all vegetables and put into a bowl. Take another bowl and mix vinegar, oil, chili sauce, and lemon juice in it. Put this mixture on vegetables. Add basil leaves and mix well.
